We are delighted to announce that our PURE auditorium in The Reel Picture Blackpool has received from Disney the INFINITY VISION certification.

INFINITY VISION is a certification for Premium Large Format (PLF) theaters, meaning moviegoers will experience an exceptional film presentation. This includes big screens, with bright images and outstanding sound. When you see the INFINITY VISION badge, you know you are in for an incredible theatrical experience. With hundreds of theater and screen options out there, it can be hard to know which theaters truly deliver. INFINITY VISION takes out the guesswork. It’s your signal that a theater has been verified to provide a superior viewing experience.

Theaters are evaluated for INFINITY VISION certification against rigorous standards across key areas, focusing on:

SCREEN
Minimum of 45 feet wide, with our PURE auditorium having a wall to wall 49.2 feet CINEMASCOPE screen.

SOUND
Theaters with either immersive sound like DOLBY 7.1 sound which has been expertly calibrated in our PURE audtiorium.

PROJECTION
Theaters with brightness levels reaching either 14 footlamberts in 2D, with our BARCO 4K Laser projectors producing images with crystal clear contrast, greater uniformity of brightness and an unparalleled colour spectrum all working together perfectly to make the best picture even better.
